  I have experience of using AdultDVDEmpire and JadedVideo. All of the DVDs have turned up. The ones from Empire are shipped in their cases, and I have on occasion been charged customs fees. The one time I used FedEx (as I thought it would be safer) was a nightmare - they turned up but with all sorts of extra costs added. I now use jadedvideo - they renove the DVD cases and the inserts, but they are very reliable and I've never had any customs charges or problems.

  No problem importing to the UK. jadedvideo are very reliable, and they ship in the little wallets and not the DVD boxes. Avoid using Fedex or anything like that (as you will get customs charges).
