  Some of the hottest women to ever grace the XXX scene have/had small perky breasts. In my personal opinion, big breasts aren't the essence of beauty or femininity, and if I am being honest, there have been plenty of adult stars with huge implants who seem to be overcompensating for something.   Would seem to me that the FBI's Cyber Crimes Division would have a Hell of a lot more on its plate than dealing with 80's flicks of Traci Lords (like perhaps bringing those who exploit children online to justice TODAY.)
