  I think there are more problems to overcome, to bring a movie successfully to the market, than just being able to shoot some footage and edit it. But I honestly thank you for your advice.

  Hi Im going to L.A. for a while from next week on. Im interested in starting a career in the adult industry on the technical side. My final goal would be to become a director/producer. I would like to start as a camera operator. I am talented with the camera and because I see that this is really an issue in the actual industry, I think that this would make the best starting point for me. I have no clue how the industry works in the valley. Is it essential to be in any guild or something like that to get a job as a cameraman? What is the way to go for me?   Hi I wonder how one becomes a director of pornography. I guess there is not a standard route, so it would be interesting to hear how the directors got into the business. What kind of qualifications are helpful? Im sure this topic was already discussed. So I tried the search-function but didnt find anything. Thanks for any input.
