This is a fun little Christmas scene. Sinn Sage and Chrissy LeBlanc (who looks like she has a present on the way in a month or two) play naughty elves needing the magic ingredient for their cookies, namely squirt juice! They each take a turn working each other over with their tongue, fingers, and a magic wand (since it is a magic ingredient) to make each other squirt so they can continue making their cookies.
