Throat: 12 Years After is an excellent character-driven drama from director and writer Gerard Damiano. Throat: 12 Years After looks at the love lives of two couples and features an excellent cast and an enjoyable story. Ignore the implied connection to Damiano's earlier film Deep Throat and definitely watch this film it is worth it. VCA has done an acceptable job with their DVD release of Throat: 12 Years After with acceptable video quality and good audio quality.
