Although Kevin Kline and Joey Tribiany are two of the most beautiful twinks on the planet, this film is an absolute mess. It is so taken with being arty that it forgets it is basically a fuck film. The plot (which one can discern only by reading the back jacket) makes no sense. There is a beginning and a middle but no end. It appears to be the birth of an entrely new genre. Like Theatre of the Absurd, this is Porn of the Absurd. The child however is stillborn. A young twink kills his girlfriend who comes back as a man (Kevin Kline). Mysterious characters pop in and out like characters in "Bewitched". There is even a devil who appears over a copulating couple and jacks off. The couple (Kevin and Joey) do not cum. There is a love of angle shots and other artsy gimmicks. The acting is awful, the dialogue ludicrous, the sex is passionless, or too gimmicky (A guy gets a mouthful of water then puts a cock in his mouth letting the water cascade down the dick, a threesome cavorts on an exercise machine) the film is horribly dubbed.

Ever see one of those really bad kung fu flicks? Well if you can overlook the horrible dubbed in voices, Switched isnt half bad with its cast of Euro boys. The film quality is mediocre, the hues seem off in parts and the sound is ok but its the young, hard twinks that make it worth watching. The story centers around a cheating girlfriend, Marylou (Kate Lust) whos boyfriend Nad Strawhouse plots with his friends to get even by killing her! Maybe a tad morbid but its not graphic and rather silly actually. Anway, she dies and makes it as far as limbo and is given a second chance to return to earth. The catch though is she must fall in love, and she returns as a man (Kevin Kline)! Clever huh! Before she passed on she had made an appointment with a cleaning service so when she returns to earth she wakes up, shocked obviously, and is greeted by Joey Tribeiany. Have you noticed the cast names? I think the names were changed to protect the innocent. Oh well, Kevin and Joey get it on immediately sucking each others dicks then Kevin fucks Joey and as he does he jerks off.
