Although slightly inconsistent, Rocco's Psycho Teens 3 starts off so amazingly strong it's as impossible to not recommend as it would be for the movie to keep up the opening pace. Although I'm not a big fan of barely legal action, the mix of chemistry, nastiness, and fun make this a winner of a release. The technical aspects are nicely done and there's also some good effort put into the extras. This one's well worth the purchase.
