Susi Medusas Fetish Obsessions features both the female and male cast dressed mostly in leather garb in fetish-themed scenes. The fetish stuff is not overpowering and helps gives this porno a different look. Ultimately, it does come down to a great looking Eurobabe cast with tons of anal on par with almost all other Private releases.
