Penny Flame does a decent (18min) intro to various types of rough sex, i.e. slapping, choking, safe words, etc. She has a great looking female assistant. She goes over some really key tips for having a rough and safe time. Cut to the sex where they talk about their rough sex experiences for a little bit, then actually demonstrate healthy, safe rough sex. Penny only jumps in to point out details in the scenes. This is a great intro to the rough scene and worth it if you've been wanting to try some rough sex.
