An excellent film. It's the story of the small town American Brodie family being sexually awakened by their new neighbors, demon cult members Az (Randy Spears) and Lily (Nikki Hunter) Infernato.

The New Neighbors isn't a perfect film, however despite its flaws, it is a fun and entertaining film. Viewers that don't like plots and viewers that require that anal sex be present in every scene will want to skip this title. Viewers who enjoy feature films for more than just the sex will want to check this title out.
