Medical sounds and sex aren't for everybody, since most people don't consider putting metal rods up their urethra, but if they interest you this DVD is very well worth picking up. The information is a bit limited, but covers it very well and with some good repetition. The technical aspects are slightly below average and there isn't much effort put into extras, but that's not too unusual for this type of release. This is a very different instructional release, but if you're curious about the subject it's really worth checking out.
