This was one of OSK's weaker instructional releases. There's a good amount of information covered here, but none of it really seems new. Instead it all seems slightly tweaked from other bondage releases to warn of the dangers of damaging the cock while feeling like it would have been much better as a fifteen or twenty minute segment on a bigger instructional bondage release. The technical aspects hover around the average level, but there's no real effort put into the extras to help it out. This is a slightly below average release.
