A remake of Debbie does Dallas that's really not a remake; instead of being about cheerleaders it's about groupies and instead of taking place in Dallas there's a band called Dallas. What this means is that in this movie the girls quite literally get to do Dallas. It features decent sex of the alt variety, and looks good in terms of style, but the story parts of it unfortunately suffer from misplaced attempts at irony and off-kilter dialogue that's supposed to be funny but really is just a pain to sit through.
