Rule #1 at the Burton Allen Institute is "No bras and no panties" and boy do the lovely ladies who make up its student body take it seriously in "Car Wash Angels". A very good, 1996 release from director Jim Holliday and VCA, this flick features a massive cast that''s a veritable who''s who in the industry of its era...all partaking in the Carwash Management program of the school''s hokey curriculum. Full of multiple short sex scenes and some longer ones (including an all-girl orgy), this production falls into line with other such offerings from the director during the time-frame. Indeed, Holliday was a master of the big-cast, super-cheesy, bimbo-driven blowout in the mid-90''s, and on this premise, this one certainly does not disappoint.
