This is an early release from Reality Junkies in which these nurses have assets that can''t be missed! They treat their patient''s with an extra dose of TLC! Nyomi Banxxx, Jessica Bangkok, Tory Lane, Ava Devine and Bella Blaze are the five nurses in this release!

This is a decently done nurse themed release. Most of the action is solidly above average, with only Bella Blaze falling short. The technical aspects show some decent care, and there's some nice effort put into the extras with a great collection of behind the scenes interviews lasting nearly a half hour. It's hard to expect anything too great with a title like Big Breast Nurses 4, but this release delivers pretty much the higher end of what one should expect.
