California CPPA "Do not Sell or Share My Personal Information" requirements:
Adult DVD Talk has been online since 1999. We have never shared or sold any data of any type to any third parties. This policy will continue indefinitely. With respect to CPPA's requirements, we are not required to provide an opt-out mechanism because we do not sell any data.

ADT no longer uses Google Analytics for traffic analysis. We do not use any of Google's ad services.

ADT uses cookies to store personalized user data. The ADT Cookie Policy page contains more information about what types of data we collect and store in cookies.

Do Not Track. We do not respond to web browser "do not track" signals or other mechanisms that provide consumers the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of personal information about an individual consumer's online activities over time and across third-party web sites or online services.

Email communications with ADT. Adult DVD Talk is a one-person company. If you have emailed any @adultdvdtalk.com addresses your message was routed to this person. We do not have an official email retention policy. If you would like to request that we delete any emails we might have from you please email admin@adultdvdtalk.com with the pertinent info and we'll process your request. ADT uses Google Workspace for email. Google's Privacy Notice for their cloud services explains how they collect and process data.

ADT provides features that allow you to connect your user profile here to other websites or sevices such as Twitter. Please understand that if you publicly share this information others may be able to connect your activities on this website with your various social networking profiles. You have complete control over the information you choose to share. If you remove your social profile connections information it is gone from our systems immediately. You also have the option of setting your ADT profile page to "private".

Our site's registration form requires users to provide an email address. We recommend that you use an email addres that you do not use on any other websites or services. We do not require the use of real names on Adult DVD Talk, in fact we discourage it. We recommend users should use psuedonyms that they do not use on other websites or services. We do not do any email marketing or share your email address or any personally identifiable information with third parties. Any emails you receive from ADT will be controlled through options you set in your user profile. The only emails we send are notifications of new posts in subscribed topics or new private messages. We do not send any other emails to users after they have completed the registration process.

This site contains links to other sites. ADT is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites. The site includes links in a format that enables us to keep track of whether these links have been followed by IP addresses. We use this information to improve the quality of our services and design.

ADT collects statistical information through some visitor actions while using the various search functions of this web site. If you have have included personally-identifiable information in some of your posts we will edit/remove/anonymize that data at your request.
