Review brief: Former Penthouse Pet Racquel looks incredible as always. I enjoyed watching her getting turned on as she watched Derrick Lane fuck dyke-queen Alex Jordan. A dog to be sure, but a pro in the sack. Jordon was one of the best pussy eaters in the business, so you know any scene with her and some nice, young piece of ass will conclude with Alex burying her face in the girl's muffin. No exception here. After Derrick bangs her, Alex goes over to Racquel and starts eating her rad pussy. I wish these two would have fucked for the whole movie. Jordan is a pleasure to watch at work, and if you like to see pretty girls getting it on with skanky porn queens, then this is for you! As much fun as it is to watch Racquel get it on with the Nikki Tyler's, Janine's and Asia Carrera's of porn, its also a blast to see her dyke-it-out with chicks like Jordan, Tianna, Tyffany Million, Bionca and Tiffany Minx.

Review brief: Rather delectable cinema featuring two legends and the film utilizes them well. We get Racquel and Ashlyn doing their best fucking both with others and with each other. When it comes to sheer beauty, no one beats Racquel.

Review brief: Title: Cheating Released by: Vivid Wave If you were to ask an adult film director to come up with a movie called "Cheating", he or she would probably line up a few VERY fresh faces (as in 18-21) and come up with a movie about a couple of college girls who screw to get the answers to their finals. After all, thats what people think cheating is all about nowadays. Thats what the subject of all of these mainstream movies are about. They all have to do with school and tests. Fortunately this particular movie was done in 1994. Back then, cheating had nothing to do with school or exams, and EVERYTHING to do with extramarital affairs. And the key players in this movie certainly didnt look like they just came out of high school! The key question to ask about this movie isnt whos fooling around. The real question is who ISNT fooling around on their significant other and with WHOM. No doubt by the end of the movie the answer will surprise you. The movie focuses around a group of friends preparing for a surprise birthday party.

Review brief: Silent Strangers is a pretty good film, with one very notable scene. To me, putting together a seasoned veteran of girl/girl action together with a young scorching hottie is a real treat. The late Alex Jordon was an amazing pussy eater who, despite not being very attractive, was paired with some unbelievably hot chicks to make for some of the most energetic lesbian porn of the 90's. Jordon sort of had a rough look to her, like a biker chick with a lot of miles on her, but she seemed really sweet too. During her career, she got it on with everyone from Nikki Dial, Janine Linemulder and Racquel Darrian among many, many others. Lots of young cuties learned the lesbian ropes from Jordon, who was not unlike Nina Hartley, Jenna Fine, Tianna and Debbi Diamomd, in that they were never considered totally hot, but they could light up a girl/girl scene like you would not believe. Jordon really knew how to get a scene going.

Review brief: OK first off, let me say that I am a huge Ashlyn Gere fan. I've met her on a couple of occasions (OK, strip clubs), and she is extremely nice to her fans. That being said, this is a fine example of her work; she does NOT hold anything back. If you like Ashlyn Gere, or would like to see her talents showcased, then run (don't walk!) to the nearest website and plunk down your money. High Points in a nutshell: Lady Ashlyn Gere > Threesome, G/G and Interracial (see more details below) Other performers are ok, but not the main focus. Low Points in a nutshell: Image quality. It deserves to have been shot on 70MM surround sound ultra-high-definition archival grade stock, but was shot, in all likelihood on video. Also, her voice gets some kind of distortion effect @ the worst possible time. Details: I won't go too deeply into the plot or any lengthy critique of the acting, but take my word for it that there is a plot that can be easily followed.

Review brief: * DIRECTOR: Toni English * DURATION: »75mins * STARRING: Anna Amore, Heather Hunter, Janet Jacme, Kitten, Monique & Solveig. Miss Judge is an ultra cheap-and-nasty Vivid Wave feature with a black cast headlined by the sexy Heather Hunter. Heathers the only thing going for this movie and is definitely misused here. As for the plot, well Judge Judys got nothing to worry about. The story is so stupid I dont want to talk about it and the execution was so cheesy ... so cheesy ... theres a mice joke in there somewhere, but after watching Miss Judge Im not in a joking mood. Check out reviewers review too he may, however, have watched too much porn, because he gave the plot 2 stars. Otherwise, the A/V quality was decent and the extras are the same old Wave trash that Im very sick of by now. Overall, given my experience with Vivid Wave I cant say Im really disappointed or surprised by Miss Judge. I didnt expect much and I didnt get much. Just as long as you dont pay much! SCENE 1: Anna Amore & Guy DeSilva. Guy and Anna are two really unattractive porn stars.

Review brief: Cast: Ashlyn Gere, Leena, Felicia, Sandi Beach, Alex Sanders, Marc Wallice, Tom Byron and Nick East. Director: Layne Parker Production date: 10/25/99 (box); 7/28/93 (feature) Length: 82 min. Extras: Eight biographies, ten previews and 33 bonus scenes. Audio/visual quality: The camerawork is sure and steady, with a nice mix of long, medium and close-up shots. A few shadows fall on the action, but they're not too bad. Audio is a bit hollow and spotty in places. As might be expected in the outdoor settings, there's a little noise from wind, airplanes, a police siren, etc. Some of the music is markedly better than typical porno tunes from the early 1990s. Several pieces have a pleasing "unplugged" quality, featuring acoustic guitar.

Review brief: Cast: Jennifer Stewart, Heather Sinclair ("Heather St. Clair" on box), Danielle Rogers, Casey ("Cerrise" aka K.C. Williams), Devon Shire, Sean Michaels ("Andre Shields"), Lance Haywood ("Lance Carrington"), Randy Spears and Jon Dough Director: Paul Thomas Production date: 12/1/00 (box); 4/27/00 (opening statement); 1990 (VHS release) Length: 76 min. Extras: Ten previews and 24 bonus scenes. This is a double-sided disc, with most of the extras on the flip side. I am unable to find the biographies advertised on the box. Audio/visual quality: During portions of this feature, the audio is imperfectly synched with the video (the actors' mouths move first, and their voices follow a fraction of a second later). Video noise disrupts the picture in a few places, but it's extremely brief and not highly noticeable. Crew members' shadows are occasionally visible. Emphasis is placed on medium length shots, with above average attention to facial expressions.

Review brief: It's always fun to compare a Vivid DVD to a VHS tape of the same film. You never know what cuts and changes will have been made to the DVD version. This film was originally shot around 1992-1993. The movie opens with Bonnie and Clyde (Ashlyn Gere and Randy West) robbing a bank. Although the real Bonnie and Clyde operated in East Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma, the landscape here looks suspiciously like Southern California. The first scene is between Randy and Ashlyn, and it has been re-edited and shortened. The music is downright bizzare; the DVD features Strauss waltzes such as the Blue Danube waltz. Now, I'm no big fan of the porn Jazz-o-lite of the tape version, but this waltz music is really inappropriate. The scene ends in a long and very unerotic shot of Randy masturbating to climax. Was that necessary? The next scene features Racquel Darrien, solo, masturbating. (There's a masturbation theme here). The video quality sucks -pixelation galore-- and the scene has been shortened by two or three minutes.

Review brief: Title: The Heiress Studio: Vivid Wave Running length: 90 minutes too long D.O.P. 11/20/00 is only date given Writer/Director: Paul Thomas Female cast:Samantha Strong, Stephanie Rage, Sioban Hunter, Ona Zee Male cast: Jeff Stryker, Nick Ferrar, Lou Paul, Damien Cashmere (Randy West)? Audio/Video: Bad. Only because of what you CAN see and hear. Perhaps duct tape over the camera lens would have been an improvement. You can always use your MUTE button to help things along as well. OK, speaking strictly about the A/V only, it still wasn't good, especially during the sex scenes. At times too shadowy, and only a couple of different angles used detracted from any enjoyment. Or, maybe not. Extras: some good previews, with Raquel Darrien and Alexandra Silk. Some trailers were also on the flip side. General comments: Let's just say that Randy West was the least offensive thing in this whole production. That should be enough to lose a few readers right there, and I understand.

Review brief: * DIRECTOR: Paul Thomas (1995) * DURATION: »80mins * FEMMES: Asia Carrera, Celeste, Crystal Gold, Laura Palmer & Tammi Ann. WELCOME to Rieekan Review #10 Trouble Maker. Celeste is my reigning All-Star Queen but didnt have many sex scenes in Borderline, though the movie itself was quite good. I was hoping Trouble Maker would be a better showcase for the busty brunette and was pleased. For some less complimentary words, jump to reviewers review. Celeste plays the trouble-making Shane, who comes between newlywed Asia & Eric Price in the name of manipulative fun. Shes found dead at the start of the movie, with the obsessive Tony Tedeschi reading letters he wrote to her as he watched her wreak havoc with others lives. The plot and acting (particularly Celestes) were pretty good, as one would hope to find in a Paul Thomas movie, the only letdowns in the production values being the clothing and music. EXTRAS: [Side A] 5 chapters, 8 bios, 3 sex scenes & website preview. [Side B] 10 previews & 15 sex scenes.

Review brief: Running Time: 68 min. Production Date: 1989 Director: Paul Thomas Cast: Julianne James, Barbara Dare, Hyapatia Lee, Raquel Darian, Tom Byron, Eric Price, Jeff James, Debi Diamond, Claire Tyler, and Tantalla Initial Expectations: I enjoyed Brat Force and am a comic geek. Combining a porno and super heroes sounded like a lot of fun. Its a Vivid release, so I dont expect too much. Initial Reaction: Its a lot of fun and my favorite of the Brat movies so far, but I wonder what happened to the rest of the cast. Audio /Video Quality: Both are pretty good for the age of the movie. The audio has a little dubbing and there are a couple spots that are kind of hard to hear, but its better than I expected. The video is slightly grainy and has a few cloudy spots. Its a little better than the other Brat movies and pretty respectable for the age of the movie when one considers what the original was probably like. Music: The music is a lot of fun and helps out the movie a lot.

Review brief: Running Time: 65 min. Production Date: pre - Nov. 1, 1990 Director: Paul Thomas Cast: Julianne James, Claire Tyler, Racquel Darrian, Alex Storm, Randy Spears, Eric Price, Tim Byron, Julian James, and Derek Harper Initial Expectations: I enjoyed Brat Force enough to give Nymphobrat a try. Its a Vivid release, so Im not expecting too much. Initial Reaction: Its not quite as good as Brat Force, but its very close. Audio /Video Quality: Both leave a lot to be desired. The audio is uneven at times and the dialogue is very hard to hear in several places. The video is extremely fuzzy throughout almost the entire movie. Im guessing that the original wasnt in too good of shape, but it doesnt look like any effort has been made to improve it. Music: Its normally overpowering and your typical late eighties porn music. False Advertising: Champagne is listed on the cover but doesnt appear anywhere in the movie. Review: Nymphobrat returns to the world of Julianne and Morty (Tom Byron).

Review brief: Running Time: 73 min. Production Date: 1993 Director: Paul Thomas Cast: Lene' Hefner, Lacy Rose, Sierra, Brittany O'Connell, Mark Davis, Jon Dough, Nick East, Steven St. Croix Extras: The typical Vivid Wave extras. Previews, bios, 'interactive' sex, and AVN highlights. It's the same extras as the other Wave DVDs. Audio Quality: Average. There are a couple of spots that seem like they may have been dubbed, but it's not overly noticeable. There are also a few places where the sound seems to lose its depth, which probably added to my feeling of parts being dubbed. Video Quality: The picture shows a lot of grain, but I think that comes more from the original than the transfer. Music: The music comes and goes throughout the movie, but since it seems to be on purpose, it isn't too bad. When the music does stop, it seems to be the end of the song and you have some of the sounds of the people. Initial Expectations: Paul Thomas normally does a pretty good porno without much plot but with some average to better than average sex.

Review brief: Cast: Stephanie Swift, Nyrobi Knight, Jenteal, Crystal Breeze, Bobby Vitale, Mark Davis, Mitchell Gant Director: Toni English Length: 1:10 Extras: Typical Wave extras, some previews, bios, and the interactive game with 4 choices and 3 scenes Audio / Video Quality: The video is pretty typical. Slightly grainy, but not bad. Very typical video quality. The audio, however doesn't seem to quite match up with the video. Born Bad seems to have the typical audio quality of the stereotypical porno (not adult film). The rest: This is one of those pornos that falls into the stereotype everybody has of adult films. The plot is almost nonexistent (Jenteal is a girl who will do anything to get what she wants), and you know that anytime two people are shown in the same scene, as soon as they look at each other, they're going to have to fuck. Jenteal does a pretty good job acting in Born Bad. If she ever gets out of adult films and dancing, she should be able to get a job on almost any soap opera after this movie. It mimics the daytime soaps so much that I started laughing several times.
