Review brief: The New Behind the Green Door is not a remake nor re-imagining of Behind the Green Door. Instead it serves as a sequel to the original film, but seems to ignore the sequel for obvious plot reasons. While the movie is not perfect, Paul Thomas has done a good job creating this sequel that stands as a good movie on its own.

Review brief: Paul Thomas and Vivid recreate an American Classic, the original Behind the Green Door with the legendary Marilyn Chambers. That’s some mighty big shoes to fill but Paul is up to the task with Brooklyn Lee given the reigns of the starring role. This one also features appearances from Penny Pax, Ash Hollywood, Chanel Preston, Brandy Aniston and Bailey Blue, so the female talent is well represented!

Review brief: A recent show directed by the legend Paul Thomas or PT as he's known by so many. It's a nod to a classic, Behind the Green Door, which starred another legend of the biz, Marilyn Chambers. A great addition to this new take is the original film comes along when you buy this new one, I liked that. Brooklyn Lee gets the lead role and delivers one powerful performance in this one. James Deen plays her husband but we quickly learn he's not the ideal mate for her. Steven St. Croix has a strong supporting role in this one. A lot of good dialogue in this one making the story in between the sex compelling to fans of feature porn. You'll like the reveals as they come including the big one towards the end of the movie. It's a must see for fans of Brooklyn Lee.

Review brief: This is a short but very well done feature that 's surprisingly couples friendly. The story develops nicely with a nice artistic eye, and the sex fits into the movie nicely. The technical aspects show some very nice care, and there's also some good effort towards the extras. This is a solid release that's well worth checking out.

Review brief: A young woman's single-minded quest to uncover the truth about a mother whom she has never known unwittingly leads her into the clutches of an elite sex club and its power-driven mastermind in "The New Behind the Green Door", an exceptional flick from director Paul Thomas and Vivid Video. Indeed, under the weight of a shady, spendthrift boyfriend and her own personal obsessions, Brooklyn Lee finds her trust fund quickly evaporating...and with it her ability to support herself and survive. With her path set and betrayal and desperation on the horizon, she must make her choices--as difficult as they may be and regardless of where they may lead. Featuring a strong plot, extraordinary acting, authentic San Francisco settings, and a unique means of incorporating the original film of the early-1970's, this production is simply one of the best adult features released in quite some time. Indeed, this is Brooklyn Lee's crowning jewel...a fitting end to a stellar career.

Review brief: Brooklyn Lee and Tommy Pistol play co-workers who have recently broken up with their long-time loves. After some stops and starts, they finally hook up and explore their sexuality by attending swinger’s parties. Skin Diamond, Krissy Lynn, Jonni Hennessey and Bailey Blue help out by bringing the heat.

Review brief: Can't say enough about how good parody this one is of the Graduate, with a great work from Director Paul Thomas and Exile pictures. To enjoy this one as I did, I would recommend to rent the original for those who haven't watched or barely remember the lines, that make it famous.

Review brief: Paul Thomas does a great job with this adult parody of the Mike Nichols / Buck Henry landmark film. Anthony Rosano does a great job channeling Dustin Hoffman, while India Summer takes on Anne Bancroft and Raven Alexis takes on Katharine Ross. The sex works well into the story, and the movie is very nicely presented. The extras aren't anything special, especially considering that this is a 2-disc release, but it's easy to see why this release earned as much attention as it did.

Review brief: A new show from award winning director Paul Thomas who takes on the classic movie The Graduate. He wanted to do a good character driven piece and you don't get much better than Mrs. Robinson right! India Summer gets this plum role and makes it her own with facial expressions and dialogue that takes you right back to the movie this piece is based on. Anthony Rosano gets the Dustin Hoffman role and does well with it cementing his place as one of the better actors in porn. Raven Alexis gets the role of Elaine and we even have Paul Thomas get in on the act portraying the Normal Fell role- Mr. Roper to most of you out there! Well worth checking out for fans of the Hollywood version, many nods and some real nice sex too.

Review brief: This is a very dark, artistic, and impressive feature. BellaDonna does an amazing job in the lead role, both acting and fucking, and the rest of the cast is just as good in their roles. The technical aspects show great care, and there's some nice effort put into the extras. This is an excellent release that's well worth checking out.

Review brief: This 8 scene and 2 bonus scenes adopts the standard porn format of the star, Savanna, discussing her life with a shrink as a way to setup the sex scenes.

Review brief: "Savanna Samson is the Masseuse" is an exceptional production from Vivid and Paul Thomas that features Savanna Samson as a jaded masseuse for whom it takes a cascade of bizarre events and a potential love interest to even begin to crack her shell. In advancing the storyline, the production is tied together via Savanna discussing her life with her shrink, followed up by cuts to the relevant scenes. This mechanism works well in bringing the disc together, and--coupled with strong acting and realistic settings--it provides for a full feature experience. Of course, one doesn't watch such films simply for the plot elements--the sex needs to be strong, as well. Fortunately, it is.

Review brief: "Live!!! Nude!!! Girls!!!" is one of those films that you just know--the second the opening credits begin to roll--is going to be a good one...and this is indeed the case here. This excellent production from B. Skow, Paul Thomas, and Vivid features former contract performers--Meggan Mallone, Nikki Jayne, Hanna Hilton, Savanna Samson, and A.J. Bailey--in five separate boy/girl scenes that all rock...hard. While there isn't any meaningful plot here, there really isn't a need for one, as the performers are in top form and the sex is scorching.

Review brief: "Teases and Pleases" is a very good production from Vivid and a variety of its directors that showcases--at one scene apiece--some of their more-recent (though former) contract performers. On the agenda for this one are scenes from Nikki Jayne, A.J. Bailey, Lia, Meggan Mallone, and Savanna Samson--an all-star lineup, no doubt. While there is something of a compilation feel to this one, I couldnt match any of the sequences to any that I have seen in the past...though I certainly don't have a comprehensive knowledge of the entire Vivid catalog, either. Compilation-feel or not, the ladies really deliver in this production--as they're apt to do--and bring home the goods.

Review brief: This one features Savanna Samson, Veronica Jett and Brooke Banner doing some interracial action with anal in both her scenes for Miss Samson. Brooke fans should take note of her involvement in three scenes. Some set up between the scenes if that is of interest but you don't wait long before the action gets heavy.

Review brief: This is a fantastic adult feature. The movie nicely works with two vignettes with a very nice thread to connect them, and the sexual scenes mesh perfectly with the non-sex scenes. There isn't anything close to even an average performance through the movie, and the direction and camera work are spot-on as well. The technical aspects show just as much care with a presentation to rival mainstream productions, but sadly the DVD stumbles at the last moment by being nearly devoid of extras. This is a fantastic feature on a DVD that fell just short of a perfect rating due to a lack of extras.

Review brief: A new show from Paul Thomas and it takes us to a couple different scenarios that play out over the course of the movie. It's two scenes broken up into four parts essentially. There is some jumping around during them, more so in the second one. Basically it's all about being a pervert and this movie uses some role playing to convey this to us.

Review brief: Quote of the Movie: Get your ass over here and get your cock out I wanna fuckin suck it Monique Alexander demands of Alex Gonz as she fondles Adrianna Nicole (Scene 3). Review: Looks Like Fun is an excellent production from Vivid and Paul Thomas that stars former contract girl, Monique Alexander. The disc consists of a series of four, themed sequences that utilize nicely realistic settings and that range from a bookstore romp up through sex in the cabin of a boat. While the individual segments themselves have mini-plots, there is no overarching storyline for the feature as a whole. In terms of the sex, Monique is involved in two of the discs four scenesboth of which are of excellent quality. Monique (who plays the part of a star) and Voodoo (who plays the part of her director) partake in a super-hot, boy-girl romp in Scene Two.

Review brief: Inertia is a fun and steamy production from Paul Thomas and Vivid that falls somewhere between the very good and excellent levels of qualityleaning more toward the latter than the former. The plot here focuses on a birthday party / surprise (Carolyn Reese) that Hanna Hiltons boyfriend (Evan Stone) has put together for her and also on Hannas vainand ultimately tragicattempts at getting there. While the storyline is fairly weak overall, it does provide for sexy setups for the individual sequences which, generally, end up being blistering hot in and of themselves. It should be noted upfront that Hannas role in the title is non-sex (other than the bonus) and involves nothing more than some nudity, while the actual star of the feature is Vivid Girl, Meggan Mallone. As always, she delivers very strong performances. In terms of the sex, Meggan stars in two of the five scenes in the productionboth excellent and both of the boy-girl, vaginal-only variety. Her first sequence is with motorcycle enthusiast Mr. Pete in their cycle-themed office at home (Scene Three).

Review brief: Vivids Screwed Over closes with the MILFilicious Savanna Samson wearing a heaping helping of cum on her face, lips, and tongue and looking directly into the camera while sweetly saying That was so good! I love the taste of your hot cum! She then coyly sucks on one of her fingers until we fade out. Do you really need another reason to get this release? Whats that you say? Yes, you do! Okay, how about this? During her scene with a BBC, Savanna strokes the guy off in her mouth while she gives him head. As she slides her mouth up and down on the BBC, Savanna has cum leak out of her mouth and cover the cock as she continues to give the guy head. When shes finished, Savanna spits out the remaining cum in her mouth onto the BBC. This cumshot finale is easily on par with the famed Mother Load shot that Julia Ann is famous for within the confines of ADT.

Review brief: "The Devil in Miss Jones: The Resurrection" is one of the best adult films that I have ever come across and certainly the best of the eighty or so that I have reviewed for ADT. An instant classic from Paul Thomas and Vivid, this movie focuses on Belladonna as a reporter whose overzealous ambition to get the "big story" ends up pushing her into eternal damnation. In the interest of not giving too much away, let's just say that it is dark, riveting, interesting, and sexually deviant--from the beginning to the end. Featuring the type of twisted content that isn't usually present in Vivid's releases, this disc is absolutely not to be missed.

Review brief: “Dirty Stories” is a very good production from Vivid and Paul Thomas that features ex-Vivid Girl, Monique Alexander, as its star attraction. The film generally employs themed sequences as a means of setting up and enacting the scenes—of which there are five. This mechanism is frequently utilized by Paul Thomas these days and serves the purpose of getting the viewer into the action a little bit more than if the segments were to simply jump straight into the fucking. Along with this motif, one typically finds more realistic sets in Thomas’ work as of late, and this is also the case here. In all, these items are utilized to good effect in this production and add value to it.

Review brief: Vivid continues its winning ways with Dirty Stories starring Monique Alexander. Monique kind of slacks off in this production, only starring in 3 of the 6 scenes including bonus, but no worries as other girls definitely step up to the plate starring in the other 3. This 2 & ½ hour release features 5 different mini stories as a set up for the performers. I’d also point out that the expiration of the pubic hair treaty of 2000 is evident here as Monique, Maria, and a few of the other girls are sporting very nicely manicured pussies. I guess using the term girl is a stretch as the only real girl here is Courtney James, all the rest are definitely women. Works very well for me here.

Review brief: Well, it’s a Sunday night and after a relaxing soak in the Jacuzzi it’s time to get down to business and review what’s next on the pile. Meggan’s Sexy Stories by Vivid is a 7 scene romp that completely kicks ass. I was going to do my usual two pages, but decided against it as my review would just be duplicating fu-q’s spot on review and work. My philosophy is; why say the same thing twice if one could say it and others just agree with it. The really amusing thing is I’ve never really been a big fan of Paul Thomas’s product, but in this case, I’ve definitely made an exception. The sex is hot and the girls are hotter.

Review brief: "Sunnys B/G Adventure" is an excellent production from Paul Thomas and Vivid that really delivers in terms of hot actresses and hot sex. This shouldn't be surprising given that its star is the exotic Sunny Leone. Indeed, Ms. Leone is featured in three of the four scenes presented in this disc and never fails to turn up the heat in any of them. Her endeavors include a boy-girl encounter with Tommy Gunn, a girl-girl-girl romp with Devi Emmerson and Karlie Montana, and a boy-girl-girl sequence with Daisy Marie and Voodoo. Also present is a scorching three-way featuring Trina Michaels, Claire Dames, and Alex Gonz in which Trina does some hot anal work. All in all, this production is great and well worth the price. The sex is smoking, and the women are beautiful. Sunny lights up the screen with her partners in three sequences, and the other segment is nothing to scoff at, either. Review brief: "MILF Stories" is a very good production from Paul Thomas and Vivid that focuses on--no surprise--MILFs, or "mothers I'd like to fuck". There are all sorts of MILFs presented in this feature. There are lonely MILFs who pick up younger hitch-hikers (Scene One Savanna Samson), laundromat MILFs (Scene Two Hanna Hilton), boyfriends' moms as MILFs (Scene Three Persia Pele), best friends' moms as MILFs (Scene Four Payton Leigh), and even MILFs who have had a bit too much to drink and crash their cars into their houses (Scene Five Savanna Samson). One thing that is common to all of these MILFs, however, is that they are all horny as hell, and they all put forth very good--or better--scenes in this production. Review brief: "In Black & White" is an excellent production from Paul Thomas and Vivid that features Monique Alexander and Voodoo as a married couple enamored with swinging. While they both enjoy picking up other women and couples to bring home, there is one fatal flaw in their formula--after every encounter, Monique goes batty and starts to verbally assault the women who have just partaken in sex with herself and her husband. Indeed, Monique's acting here is very good, and she really plays a crazy bitch well. In all respects, she is quite the entertainer. Review brief: "Heaven" is a dark feature that is heavily plot-driven and that eventually works its way to an intriguing--yet grim--ending. The storyline revolves around an unlucky character, Alonzo (Tommy Gunn), and an exotic dancer, Heaven (Hillary Scott), whom he meets at one of his friend's clubs. Among other things, Alonzo has a gambling problem, and this--coupled with the feelings that he develops for Heaven--ultimately leads him to his demise. He's not alone on this path, though, as there are twists and turns along the way that bring a host of other characters into this tragic tale. Among them are his "friends" (Herschel Savage and Tom Byron) and an unbalanced dancer (Lanny Barby) who is prone to jealousy. The visuals in this film, while never really losing heat and typically good, at times border on being disturbing, as they parallel the storyline. Overall, this movie is perfect for those who like things a bit darker in terms of plot but still want heat in their sexual performances.

Review brief: "Meggan Does Malibu" is a plot-based production by Vivid that features contract girl, Meggan Mallone, and Gianna Lynn, with a bit of Holly West and Jennifer Dark thrown in for good measure, as well. Meggan does boy-girl and boy-girl-girl scenes, while Gianna puts forth boy-girl-girl and boy-boy-girl sequences. Holly and Jennifer take on the anal duties in the production, with Holly being the other female partner in Gianna's boy-girl-girl, and Jennifer being the other woman in Meggan's. In terms of the plot, Meggan, Gianna, and Gianna's fiance are vacationing together in California for a variety of cathartic reasons. Gianna and Meggan run into Rocco Reed early on, and it is this relationship that drives three of the four scenes, as well as much of the storyline. Given the quality of the scenes, the highly-attractive nature of the participants, and the plot, I would strongly recommend this title to couples and those who want a bit more than just straight fucking in their porn.

Review brief: "American Swingers" is a Paul Thomas feature for Vivid that's centered around a swinging couple (played by Monique Alexander and Alex Gonz) and the various people who get involved with them in one way or another--typically sexually. These people include an employee of Alex's and his wife (played by Tee Real and Lorena Sanchez), another swinging couple (played by Eva Angelina and Justin Magnum), and a female bartender (played by Gabriella Rossi). The plot itself isn't extraordinarily complex, but it does provide for a reasonable enough setup for each of the scenes--of which there are four. These scenes range from fairly good to excellent, with all of the actresses looking spectacular. The anal segment involving Alex Gonz and Gabriella Rossi is not to be missed. While not the best that Vivid has to offer, this is still a solid effort on the part of the company, and also Paul Thomas, and is worth looking into.

Review brief: "I Was a Teenage MILF" is a fun and light-hearted production from Vivid starring Savanna Samson, as a "MILF", and Hannah West, as her eventual protege. The plot is advanced through a narration-based style, and there are four sex scenes that are presented--all of them boy-girl-girl three-ways. These sequences range from good to excellent, with the finale featuring Savanna, Hannah, and Alex Gonz being the best of the group. Savanna doesn't have anal sex during any of the festivities, but Victoria Sin and Kayla Quinn both do. While the number of scenes is less than what one would normally expect, the feature's length is still good, and there are five bonus scenes that add even more bang for your buck. Savanna, as always, comes across as elegant and sensual, and her work truly stands out. I would highly recommend this title to couples, fans of Savanna Samson, fans who like to see the actresses actually finish the actors off (happens twice), and fans of three-way sex.

Review brief: At the end of the phone sex ads, you are treated to an excellent movie . It is both sexy and a well-made film. It doesn't follow the normal porn conventions, so rather than offering a scene-by-scene review, I will sometimes review sequences. This will provide the reader with a less detailed description of the sex acts, but I hope it will give a much better sense of the movie.

Now, other celebrities have been embarrassed by leaked home made movies (Paris Hilton and Chyna) and there have been porn stars who have managed to become at least semi-respectable in main stream media (Jenna Jameson and Stormy Daniels). What we have is something unique, Kelli McCarty, on her own free will, expressing herself sexually for the camera, career and critics be damned.

Review brief: This is one heck of a stupid movie. The Love Twins show that there's no doubt if they'd be able to act their way out of a wet paper bag (no they can't) and suck any humor that might have been in the movie back out. The sex is better, but not much as it hovers around the average mark and is held back by choppy editing and shaky camera work. The most effort for the release seems to be put into the extras, as the bonus scenes last roughly a third again as long as the feature and behind the scenes featurette put together. This is a dud of a release.

Review brief: With the exception of Artemisia and Marissa, this is my favorite Paul Thomas movie yet. It doesn't come close to the brilliance of the Fashionistas but it's still a worth while effort. The film is stylish and parts of it are well written. However, I felt it borrowed too heavily on a mainstream fashion film, Robert Altman's Prêt-à-Porter. The Southern belle TV reporter who interviews the major characters in the film, the criminal husband stealing a guest's luggage from the hotel, the French-Canadian assistant sneaking into a room to retrieve compromising photos and ending up in a closet with the husband. These are each clear plot points taken from Prêt-à-Porter. The most blatant use of the Prêt-à-Porter storyline, however, involves two characters portrayed by Faith & Marcos Leon. They play strangers, both married, who are accidentally assigned the same room at the hotel. After realizing the mix up, there's a mad dash to see who can get to the room first. Later, they hook up.

Nice to see porn veteran Cara Lott here as Savanna/'Gloria's' head case Mom, 'Pat'....a former model who now runs a chic hotel in Hollywood. Savanna's character, Gloria plays a woman with a overwhelming compulsion to 'flash' herself in public: either with nudity, or in some cases, sex in public. Lots of said public carnality on display throughout: On rooftops, in tattoo parlours, mechanical bull/ferris wheel/carnival, and my fave, in the back of a car, in traffic. Review brief: "A Gay Man's Take on Straight Porn" I had been interested in Paul Thomas's To Die For, and found it for pretty cheap at a local store, so I decided to check it out. Was it worth it? The Movie: This movie is probably one of the most unnerotic things I have ever seen. Now, let me explain why I'm saying this. The movie To Die For is very dark. The whole movie revolves around destructive relationships, cheating, and death. So, if you are setting the sex scenes in this context, they take on that dark edge. With the exception of the first scene, there is hardly any scene in this film that doesn't have some dark cloud hanging over it. This is coming from someone who loved the film Bliss, and found several of the scenes in that film very erotic. So, that explanation aside, I'm going to do a quick pro/con review of this film. Just take a note that this film is dark, and does feature a lot of topics that adult films tend to shy away from. Pros: Austin Kincaid: This woman is an amazing performer and actress.

Review brief: "A Gay Man's Take on Straight Porn" Hey ya'll. I've been gone for a while, but I'm back with a new review. Luckily for me, this movie was actually a nice way to get back into feature porn watching. The Movie: Fade to Black 2 has an interesting story that just gets more and more twisted as it moves along. Because of that, I'll keep the story description short. Trent is bored with directing again. Hell, he's falling asleep during the sex scenes. Not only that, but he's got Dale DeBone coming after him for money. So, his assistant thinks it would be a good idea for him to get out of town for a while, and to take up a nice little gig helping a suburban community film an erotic film to help raise money to fix the sewer system. While this one is no where near as dark as the first movie, it's still good. The plot can get a bit hard to follow at times, with a few side stories popping up here and there, but still, it keeps you interesting, and it moves along at a great pace. Plus, Paul Thomas is a riot to watch on screen.

Don't panic, relax, there's sex scenes here too. In addition to the various b/g pairings, each femme (besides Monique)has her own solo masturbation ( and interview) scene too. Scene 1 Monique Alexander with Derrick Pierce. Mutual oral, standing doggy, cowgirl, missionary. Derrick coats her chest and belly with copious amounts of come. Scene 2 Amber Ashley, Alicia Angel, and Jack Lawrence. Tag team oral on Jack. Amber gets fucked in cowgirl and standing cowgirl, with Alicia giving p2m's. With the girls side-by-side, Jack gives each some missionary dicking, moving from one to the other. Girls now flipped over, Jack does the same to them in doggy. Review brief: After years of dick dodging, Janine released a rash of highly touted movies involving b/g scenes with Vivid. It coincides with her divorce from cable TV star Jesse James, and the big deal about this one is that it involves her first interracial scene. It's a Paul Thomas film, so you know it's going to attempt to be plot driven and stylish, even if you have zero interest in that. Janine as you now know is covered in tattoos, moreso than even the hardest of hardcore punk chicks. There comes a time when a porn star doing her first anything some ten years after she started in the biz goes from being marketable and hot to a curiosity, so we shall see here. The Rundown: Scene 1 - A false start where Janine fingers her ass while Julian watches jerking off. She goes to blow him, then stops. Nothing to it. Just setting the tone for who wears the pants in the relationship between these two. Scene 2 - Eve Laurence fucks Chris Cannon on a stairwell. Review brief: "A Gay Man's Take on Straight Porn" So, this is my first Tera Patrick movie. Should I have started with a different movie? The Movie: Desperate is a mess. Must a big mess. The plot makes no sense, and most of the sex is just blah. So, if it's a mess, then why did I give it three stars? Let's see... 1) While I would prefer if Spyder Jonez would keep his clothing on, he is still a good actor, and does a good job with his part. 2) Some of the sex is actually good. Namely, the scene between Tera Patrick and Monique Alexander. 3) It pushed the limits for a Vivid movie. Yes, this movie really pushes the limits for a Vivid movie. The Masseuse had light bondage in it, and it worked with the softer story. Desperate is a harder edged "story" (more on that later), and the bondage present is a lot harder. The first scene between Tera and Spyder is fairly extreme. Tera is tied up, blindfolded, then whipped. Then Spyder pulls out a dildo, gags her with it (starts pounding it down her throat really), and then fucks her with it.

Review brief: With all the hype surrounding this release, I figured I would bump it up in my review queu. I wish I hadn't. DIMJ 5 and 6 were both alot better in terms of sex, girls, and at least for #6, Audio/Video aspects. In addition, Vivid somehow made the plot hard to follow. Quit amazing when you consider that this is the 7th installment of the series. Scene 1. 4 Guys, Vicky Vette Scene 2. Nick Manning, Savanna Samson Scene 3. Jenna Jameson, Rachel Rotten Scene 4. Angelica Sin, Guy, Roxanne Hall Scene 5. Jenna Jameson, Savanna Samson Scene 6. Orgy Scene 7. Rob Rotten, Rachel Rotten The only bright spot in this movie was the acting of Savanna Samson. If you like her, you will probably get a kick out of this movie. She fit into her role really well, and her sex scene wich Nick Manning was the best scene in the movie. All the rest of the scenes are so heavily editited that the heat is somewhat taken away from the cuts and angles.

Review brief: Ironically, I got "Jamie Loves Jeff" off the poor review of another critic. Everything he hated about the movie actually made me interested in seeing it, and now I wished I would've listened to him instead. "Jamie Loves Jeff" is an incredibly amateurish looking early Paul Thomas vid. As in many of Thomas' early movies, it looks like it has been shot and edited by a high school student, with Grade Z acting and a script, which even by porno standards sucks. The "story" involves around a high school reunion. Jamie (Jamie Summers) and Jeff (Jeff Stryker) were high school sweethearts who have moved on with their lives. Jamie is married to a dorky lawyer (Tom Byron) and Jeff is married to a ditzy housewife (Megan Leigh, possibly one of the worst actresses ever in the business). At the reunion, Jamie and Jeff get back together (we get a lame montage with Jamie going down a slide and playing in a park with Jeff before the sex scene), while Tom gets it on with Megan and Nikki Knights. This is much more exciting than Jeff and Jamie's boring sex scene, which we sadly get two of.

Review brief: Well here's a dvd which has some history behind it being that it's a reimagining of an adult classic. The storyline has been tweaked some I believe by director Paul Thomas but you still have the main character of Justine Jones living out her last day as in the original movie. I must admit this movie was very confusing for me to watch as I never quite knew what was reality and what was not. I'm being honest I watched the movie and had a few times where I went huh? But I must say this right now that Savanna Samson was just amazing in her acting performance in this movie. I am by no means a fan of features so watching this movie was a challenge but nothing compared to the challenge this young lady undertook when she played this character.

Review brief: The Little Details Running Time: 137 min. Production Date: 11 / 4 / 2002 Director: Paul Thomas Cast: Angel Long, Ashley Long, Dasha, Holly Hollywood, Jesse V., Jessica Dee, Rebecca Love, Violet Blue, Alec Metro, Anthony Hardwood, Chris Cannon, Damon DMarcos, Eric Masterson, Frazier Fox, Joey Ray, Mario Rossi, Rod Fontana, Tony Pounds, and Tony Tedeschi in sexual roles and Rafe and many more in non-sex roles The Short Story Initial Expectations: Paul Thomas can make some great adult movies, but sometimes misses as much as he hits. I loved Seven Deadly Sins, and if this continues on with what was there in the same fashion I cant help but have a bit of hope here. Initial Reaction: It has a few faults, but for the most part is very well done. Who Should Watch It : Couples wanting some nastier sex and a bit of plot Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting an overly soft or heavily artistic couples movie The Technical Stuff Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are pretty good. The audio is clear and nicely balanced.

The footage where Evan Stone is fucking Janine looked hot, but wasn't added to the original. Dale Dabone talks about Janine's orgasm with him from her first film "Maneater." 6 minutes of previews. I believe Janine just signed with Digital Playground recently. Paul Thomas as always is either hit or miss with me. You won't find better written stories from anyone else, but Paul has been known to butcher sex scenes with poor and unnecessary editing.

Review brief: "A Gay Man's Take on Straight Porn" I really haven't been able to watch porn for a while, but I made the exception with this, and probably later today, Scorpio Rising. So, was Sextet any good? Well... The Movie: It's hard to make a clear judgement on Sextet, since I still don't know the purpose of the movie. The basic plot is this: Paul Thomas and Tawny and everyone are in Budapest making a movie about a girl who got an inheritence. There are vampires in that movie. The thing is, the vampires play no real part in the real world plot until THE very end, and the plot of the movie within the movie doesn't really make much sense. Still... most people aren't going to be watching the movie for the plot. The sex is good all around. You have two girl group scenes, a guy/girl/girl scene (with no pop shot), and five guy/girl scenes. So, there is a lot of bang for your buck. All the scenes are good, but not to extreme. There are no real stand out scenes, but no real duds either.

Anyway, pretty vixen Megan eats his thick cock with gusto, then he pumps her on the kitchen stand, first in missionary, then in doggy.

Review brief: "A Gay Man's Take on Straight Porn" This is going to be a quikie review of a very enjoyable movie. The Movie: Imagine a movie like American Pie, but with hardcore sex, and all the kids in college. You would have Debbie Does Dallas: The Revenge. I was very pleased with how well handled this movie was. The comedy was funny, the sex was hot (especially the threesome with Lezley Zen, a guy with a dick that resembled a beer can, and his not so hot wife. Lezley made the scene hot). I'll focus on the sex a bit more. Everyone in this movie is a decent to good performer, and they all give their all during the sex scenes. I really can't think of any duds, and all the sex is pretty much even. There are no scenes that I would say were fast forwardable. Sunrise has a scene with Chris Canoon, and a threesome with Evan Stone and Olivia DelRio. She also has a lesbian scene with Nicole Sheriden. All her scenes are pretty good. I've heard they are some of her best work. I haven't seen enough of her movies to make that call, but I do have to say, they were good.

Review brief: "A Gay Man's Take on Straight Porn" I've been kind of on a Paul Thomas kick lately, so I thought I would check out one of his lesser known titles. Now I know why this is one of his lesser known titles. The Movie: I'm going to keep this pretty short, and not do a scene by scene. All the sex is decent, but if you are a fan of anyone in the cast, then you can probably find better stuff. Everything here is very middle of the road. The plot of the movie is this: Savanna and Dale use to be a big deal porn couple. Savanna has moved on to Lee Stone, and Dale just hasn't moved on. Dale sees the light though when the company they work for says that both of them have to perform in a scene together again, since they both owe the scene for their contracts. So, now Dale is trying to get Savanna back, but there is also Dru, who wants Dale. Who will end up with who? My response to the plot above is... who cares. The plot is really jumpy, and very oddly handled. Everything sounds pretty straight forward, and all the acting is top notch, but the editing is WAY off.

Review brief: "A Gay Man's Take on Straight Porn" So, I bought this movie not expecting much. I haven't really been impressed with Kira Kener in the past, and the back cover really didn't tell me much. Yet... I found myself intrigued with the movie. So, was it a waste of money? The Movie: I was very impressed with Les Bitches. The direction, acting, story, and sex are all very tight. I would have to say this is up there with HeartBreaker in terms of quality, and Paul Thomas really has some interesting little touches in the movie. The movie follows Kira Kener, Roxanne Hall, and Lezley Zen, the three bitches. Each woman has a seperate story that get pulled together by the men in their lives. This does create a slightly disjointed story. Still, each character is very fleshed out, and I felt that the story focused on each character as much as it should. There is less a plot, as there are simple characters heading towards their downfall. Kira plays a woman who is so obsessed with herself that the first time we see her she is masturbating to a mirror.

Review brief: "A Gay Man's Take on Straight Porn" This is a fairly big title for Vivid, with all the contract girls, including Jenna, on display here, and with Paul Thomas directing... how could it go wrong? The Movie: The plot is simple. Paul Thomas and Evan Stone are producing a big budget, mainstream movie that features hardcore sex, and they think the Vivid girls would be the best possible performers. Lets cut to the sex. Each girl has a sex scene, with Tawny getting two, and then there is one big lesbian orgy. This is kind of like a Where the Boys Aren't, but with b/g scenes. The best scenes in this film belong to Sunrise and Tawny. Tawny has a boy girl scene with the pool boy, and she has just enough nastiness in her to make the scene stand out. Then she has a girl/girl scene with Jenna that turned out really good. Sunrise has a b/g scene with Chris Cannon, and the scene turned out really hot, although not very nasty. It has a kind of erotic quality to it. The scene is done in the shadows, and turned out really well. The Briana scene was hot. The key word there is was.

Review brief: "A Gay Man's take on Straight Porn" I really had liked Paul Thomas's "Heart Breaker" and thought this one sounded interesting. Was it what I expected? Well... The Movie: Normally I would go through the sex scenes, and the plot, but the thing is, the sex is pretty constant, and the plot really is the important part here. So, I'm going to treat this more as a maintstream review. The basic premise of this movie is that Inari Vachs and Bobby Vitale are couple. They start the movie as very wild and drugged out, having sex in front of Bobby's porn models, and fucking other people in front of each other. Things are pretty hot and nasty between the two. That is until Thanksgiving. Kobi is having it at her house, and we are introduced to one more important character, Doug (I forget the performer's name). Things are going well, although Bobby seems to really want to trip Kobi up in her search for a sober life. Well, he fails, and Bobby, Inari, and Dougy end up leaving.

Initial Reaction: Its well done, but has some definite faults. Who Should Watch It : Anybody who wants a lot of plot and kinkiness Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting a lot of sex The Technical Stuff Audio /Video Quality: The audio is okay. Its nicely balanced, but there are a few places where it doesnt synch. Part of me thought it might be Thomas trying to be a little more artistic because its done almost as a voiceover, but even if he was it just didnt work. The movie was shot on film, so there is a fair amount of grain. Yes, as happens so often with Vivids films the grain does take over the video.

Review brief: I loved the plot and the acting in the mob-themed Paul Thomas picture. Vince Vouyer and Alexandra Silk were especially convincing with their New Jersey accents, but everyone seemed to be trying to stay in character. Unfortunately, the forces of evil at Vivid cut this film to ribbons before releasing it on DVD. The film was originally 131 minutes on VHS, and the DVD runs 84 minutes. You don't need to be a math major to see that more than 45 minutes have been cut from the movie, including two entire scenes. It really should be callled outtakes from "Mobster's Wife." On the flipside, there are two versions of a behind the scenes featurette, together totalling almost an hour, but in no way does the behind the scenes featurette compensate for not having the entire film on DVD. For some unknown reason, the people at Vivid cut up all of th 1990s Paul Thomas features before releasing them on DVD. I don't know which is worse, not getting the whole movie or knowing what enormous contempt the people at Vivid have for me (and you), their customer. But they are the contemptible ones.

Review brief: "A Gay Man's Take on Straight Porn" I have had two experiences with Vivid Video. This is my second. I have to say, if they released more movies like this, I would buy them a lot more often. The Movie: Normally I talk about the sex and the plot seperate, but it's very hard to do that with this film because both are so tied together. The basic story is of a fairly nerdy, yet attractive young man who becomes obsessed with a masseuse. The story is simple, and yet, because the entire cast is great in their roles, it feels so much deeper. The script is very strong, the direction is very proffesional, and the acting is top notch. Now, I know Jenna is on the cover, but this isn't really her movie. The movie actually belongs to her real life husband, who plays the lead nerd. He carries this movie, and does an amazing job. I was very suprised. This is a hard movie for me to call a porno because, while the sex is graphic and very hot, it really is more because you are invested in the characters that you are watching.
