I don't expect much from Hustler in terms of stroke material, but there is huge potential for political satire.

Props to Lisa Ann, she did a great job of mocking Sarah Palin's mannerisms. Tina Fey has some competion. (And Lisa Ann's a better cocksucker.)
Hustler's make-up and wardrobe department also did an excellent job.
Sarah Palin is a moose-sized target for satire, especially sexual satire. The best scene in the movie is the opening BBG making fun of her statements about Russia, but there is a lot more milk in this cow.
I imagine a mock documentary, satirizing the public in-fighting that has happened since the loss.
In the time it takes me to write a review, here are a few things they didn't make fun of that could have been used to set up a sex scene:
Winning Miss Alaska. (Teen catfight, or blowbanging the judges.)
Her bizarre beliefs. (They made fun of her creationism, but I would do an IR with the Kenyan witch doctor.)
Her pregnant teenage daughter. (Cream pie.)
The possibility that some of the men involved in the decision to nominate her may have had their judgement clouded by her obvious assets. (Gangbang.)
John and Cindy McCain (I imagine a BG scene where McCain can't get wood until he flashes back to the gangbang.)
The Bush Doctrine. (GG.)
Clothes shopping. (Extended tease.)
A final reveal that she was really an infiltrator from the Obama campaign. (IR.)
