Two Hearts is a very soft, couples-oriented flick from Vivid Wave, starring Ona Zee and a young Racquel Darrian. It’s a fairly standard set-up with Ona and Racquel sharing the spotlight equally. The plot was typically corny and poorly acted, sub-par even for a Vivid film, but it was light and inoffensive and I’m not going to be unnecessarily harsh in this review. One warning though – I clocked this DVD in at a very lean 67 minutes and I believe the VHS version is closer to 86!
The big 90s hairdos aside, the women in the cast were attractive with nice bodies ranging from Ona’s firm voluptuousness to Racquel’s lean lines, and Kym Wilde’s natural appeal somewhere in the middle. Another thing to note is that the sex is filmed for couples and is fairly light, with a lot of R-rated shots and some missing pops. I think that actually worked to the movie’s advantage given the market it's aimed at. The direction was decent and the A/V quality was surprisingly good for such an old feature.
Nods to Wave for including a set of extras I haven’t seen before on any of their other DVDs – the standard unrelated sex scenes and previews, with two neat girl/girl/girl scenes in there. Bonus points for that but the fact that the DVD was edited down by about 20 minutes is a serious disservice to buyers. The cutting is particularly evident and damaging in many places and I can't understand the reason for it.
Kym Wilde strips in front of Randy Spears, teasing and trying to arouse him. Randy remained unmoved, as did I. Despite Kym’s good looks, the tease was just too short and indeed felt edited.
Racquel Darrian and Derek Lane try to heat things up a bit. Racquel’s hairstyle wasn’t exactly flattering (it looked like a wig) but she still has a scorching body, one of the best in the business while she was around. In terms of sexual performance, she rates above Chasey Lain but below the likes of other Vivid girls such as Celeste, Dyanna Lauren or Nikki Tyler. However, this is one of her best scenes even if it was cut. She blows Derek very briefly then rides him RC, which showed off her body wonderfully. Finally, she strokes him to cum on her arm and body. It wasn’t hot by today’s standards, but it was a good scene for Racquel and for the movie.
Kym returns, coupling with Steve Strong in the shower. Kym is a sexy brunette with long hair and a very natural attractiveness. She appears to have implants but they round out her body realistically. After some foreplay, they climb into the shower so Steve can eat her while she balances precariously. She goes down on him then he enters her from behind and they have sex for a while. The glass door was closed, probably to prevent the camera from getting wet, but it interfered with the filming and the scene would have been better outside the shower (the foreplay should have started in the shower and they should have moved out of the shower for the sex). No money shot, just some hugging to end with. Nice scene though the safari music was annoying.
Ona Zee and Randy get things going in the bedroom next. Ona is an older woman with a slightly hard face. She is sexy but her arms are slightly big – that combined with her face and the way she kissed Randy made her seem more masculine than Randy at times. She strips down to a red bikini and gives great, slow head before the sex, which was also slow and well-suited for couples (a lot of R shots). Another soft scene with no pop.
Finally, Ona and Racquel confront a smug Randy and put on a show for him. The girls kiss and play as he watches, and Ona seems quite into it though unfortunately the same can’t be said of Racquel. Ona licks Racquel’s breasts and pussy briefly before Racquel reciprocates perfunctorily. Some nice moments of kissing and foreplay, never really capitalised on sadly, before Randy joins in. He receives a double blow that wasn’t really shown at all before he screws Racquel from behind, with not much penetration shown. Randy pulls out and cums on Racquel’s back. An average scene with some decent moments.
