Greetings porn fans. I have a treat today in telling you a little about a flick released in 2011 that was a parody and it focused on one of the 1970's iconic films, Taxi Driver. You might immediately wonder how they could parody that movie while also working in the sex which for a porno film is pretty important. Well there were a couple of scenes already made for a porn scene- the opening scene in the cab when Travis picks up the guy and a hooker and later on when Travis takes a fare to an apartment building where the guy has Travis park while they stare up at a window where this mans wife is having relations with a black man- I won't use the term they used here and in the Scorcese film but you can guess it's the N word. So those two scenes were already there for parody but then you add in the Cybill Shepherd character who in the end of the movie gets back into Travis's life/ cab while giving him a suggestive look plus there is the whole Jodie Foster character played here by Jessie Andrews. Having watched her in Portrait of a Call Girl I knew she could handle the part and she definitely delivers and helps us not feel so bad about feeling pervy towards her character which come on is based on an underage girl. Having written all that the biggest draw to this movie will be the character of Travis Bickle and they couldn't have found a better actor to play him than Tommy Pistol who totally deserved his AVN award nomination for this classic role.

Being that this is a parody fans of the original source material will be looking intently for the obvious nods to the movie as well as others which over time have become equally important to enjoying the piece as a whole. This movie starts off with the great shot of the cab driving through the smoke while music is played and the style here is very reminiscent of what scored the Scorcese film so big time kudos there. Shortly after this we get Travis going in to apply at the cab co. and who is there to bust his chops a bit, Rob Black. I won't say the lines were exact but they felt pretty close to what was said in the Hollywood version. The look too as far as the outfits was also top notch. The green jacket Travis wore is there and the hairstyle too is right on to what DeNiro had. After the cab co. we head to the porn theater and this delivers the second sex scene which started as a g/g with Aurora Snow and Chanel Preston but being this was a porn theater and the time period, 1970's, they went for a grainy look to the picture/ film that totally worked and you could still see what was going on but trying to keep the film authentic was paramount and they succeeded in that. I should mention the first sex scene was the cab scene where Bill Bailey as the 'client' gets to make it with Misty Stone, the 'prostitute'. I loved how they were ID'd too in the credits, just like that. The cramped quarters weren't easy to film around but they managed it giving you some very nice shots of Misty's body before he splooged on her face and tits. Back to the porn theater scene which offered some very good g/g action between Chanel and Aurora with both licking each others ass. One small complaint I would offer is the lingerie they wore didn't seem in keeping with the time period but then again I was a teen when this came out and don't really recall what female underwear looked like then. Tom Byron then joins then as the 'porn stud' a most appropriate moniker and the ladies show his cock a very good time before they each get fucked leading to an ass pop on Chanel's bum and Aurora licking it up. Travis watches this scene and leaves.

You also get the voice overs with Tommy doing just what DeNiro did in the original version which leads us to Tommy seeing Betsy for the first time and we have Lily Labeau taking on this role. As I mentioned the dialogue in this production was very close to what hardcore fans of Taxi Driver remember so most of the big lines you might remember are there in some form or fashion. The second scene I alluded to earlier that was already made for a porn take comes next as Travis takes a fare to an apartment building where the man's wife is about to engage in sexual relations with a black man who as we see is Sean Michaels while the betraying wife is played by Nikki Charm. Solid action with a good open mouth pop from Sean. You see more plot development as Travis picks up the various firearms which will be central to the story later on. They have Ron Jeremy playing the character of Wizard but his part is toned down here so you only get him in the scene where the cabbies are talking in the coffee shop which is where Scott Lyons mentions about Travis being able to pick up the guns. This leaves out the scene later on with Travis and Wizard where he talks about wanting to do something to shake things up and this might involve violence though DeNiro never states that orally just the intent is there so that might be something hardcore fans might miss here as that offers some insight/ motivation as to what Travis wants to do but it is by no means a deal breaker to enjoy the piece which does have a seemless flow to it closely matching the piece it is based on.

The story then brings the Jodie Foster character played well here by Jessie Andrews into focus with Travis trying to save her from this life on the mean streets. They manage to do a good job with the breakfast scene and Jessie even eats the jelly style sandwich Jodie made so another nod to the source material as was her outfit here and when Tommy met her when she walked by the cab- you know the hat, shades, skimpy attire-- it all was spot on and it is good knowing Jessie was totally of age wearing this so the perve feelings are A-OK! Anyway after she and Tommy part ways Jessie has one last encounter with her pimp daddy played by Evan Stone and the two engage in a good sex scene with some great head from Jessie with Evan laying pipe to that pussy until he nuts to her face/ mouth with some cum bubbles from Jessie. The movie then gets to the dark period where Travis has decided to do the big shooting and his first target as we know is the Senator played by Eric John here. His part is also toned down just a bit though we get the needed scene of him in the cab with Travis and the two have their chat. But as we know Travis later decides to make his mark shooting the Senator, I think after he and Betsy have their misshap date at the porn theatre. You also have Tommy getting his hair styled in the classic mowhawk that DeNiro sported and in the BTS we actually get to see the transformation captured live. Anyway, the movie hits the dark portion where he goes to the rally with the intention of shooting the Senator but as we know he is thwarted by the secret service agents- this was another role lessened in the parody but it made sense. Travis then goes to his second target which is Sport played by Evan who is quite hostile to Travis the second time the two meet ending with a bullet to his gut. Tommy leaves there and goes inside the apartment shooting a couple other men while also taking some bullets himself. Travis as we know recovers and goes back to driving a cab where he gets one last fare here before the movies ends. Turns out it is Lily Labeau who sits in the back giving Tommy big time fuck me eyes so the two adjorn to her place where Travis Bickle and Betsy do the dirty deed! Lily looks so good, those tits are dreamy and Tommy has fun with her and I imagine Lily did as well, she rims his ass so there you go!

All in all an excellent take on the Martin Scorcese film with only a few minor alterations to the story as fans of the original piece will spot but nothing that should really take away from being most entertained by what is presented. The story at its core is here from the dialogue to the costumes to the music and the actors all showed an admirable dedication to the craft of presenting this to the porn viewing public. I haven't seen Taxi Driver all that much but after viewing it recently and taking in this parody version I have to give credit where credit is due making this a highly recommended feature.
